Growth Infrastructure Sprint

Your growth infrastructure, built in 30 days

A structured, fixed-scope 30-day engagement to diagnose bottlenecks, connect critical systems, launch initial workflows and campaigns, and establish reporting. Every sprint starts with discovery and a signed statement of work with dependencies, acceptance criteria and agreed exclusions.

Connected by design

Discovery and architecture
Connected data and systems
Initial workflows and campaigns
Handover and 60 to 90-day roadmap

Typical scope, tailored to your business. The 30 days describe a focused implementation window, not a promise to complete every system you may eventually need.

The problem

Problems this service solves

  • Growth work that never reaches launch

Audits and strategy decks pile up while the data, integrations and workflows they describe never get built.

  • Too many moving parts for one internal owner

Data, outreach, tracking, automation and conversion changes each need a specialist, so progress stalls whenever one of them is busy.

  • Open-ended projects with unclear scope

Without acceptance criteria and exclusions, implementation projects drift, and nobody can say when the work is finished.

  • Launching channels on weak foundations

Campaigns start before suppression, opt-outs, routing and attribution exist, so early results cannot be trusted or repeated.

Capabilities

What we build and manage

These are illustrative workstreams. Each sprint selects and sizes them to your priorities during discovery, and the statement of work lists exactly what is in scope.

Audit and architecture

Review existing acquisition channels, data quality, tools, team ownership and the conversion journey, then agree the target architecture and priorities.

Central data model

Design a prospect and customer data model, import and deduplicate records, segment audiences and capture suppression and outreach history.

Connected outreach and communication

Connect outreach tools and communication workflows, with opt-outs, reply handling, escalation and attribution in place before volume increases.

Email infrastructure where in scope

Plan domains, authentication, mailbox provisioning and deliverability, with realistic warm-up periods that can run beyond the sprint window.

Initial acquisition campaigns

Launch the agreed first campaigns across selected channels and coordinate paid media where it is part of the scope.

AI-assisted response and follow-up

Implement response and follow-up workflows with approval controls and clear handoffs to a person when a conversation needs one.

Prioritised conversion improvements

Audit landing pages and onboarding, then deliver a capped number of prioritised conversion improvements agreed in the scope.

Dashboards, documentation and roadmap

Build initial dashboards and event tracking, document ownership, access and operating procedures, and leave a 60 to 90-day roadmap.

Milestones

Delivery sequence and milestone examples

A typical sprint follows four stages. Dates move if access, approvals or third-party dependencies arrive late, and the statement of work records what each stage depends on.

  1. Days 1 to 5

Discovery, access, audit, architecture and prioritisation

Evidence: Agreed implementation plan and baseline

  2. Days 6 to 14

Data foundation, integrations, outreach infrastructure and first workflows

Evidence: Demonstrable connected components and testing

  3. Days 15 to 22

Campaign and workflow launches, tracking and conversion changes

Evidence: Working flows, monitoring and a midpoint review

  4. Days 23 to 30

QA, documentation, handover, roadmap and an optional managed plan

Evidence: Acceptance checklist, access transfer and final review

Scope

What a sprint covers, and what is scoped separately

A sprint is deliberately focused. Anything below the line can still be done, but it is scoped and priced as its own piece of work.

Typically included

  • Discovery, audit and an agreed implementation plan
  • A central data model, import, deduplication and suppression handling
  • Agreed integrations between your existing tools
  • Initial acquisition campaigns on selected channels
  • AI-assisted workflows with approval controls
  • A capped number of prioritised conversion improvements
  • Initial dashboards, documentation and a 60 to 90-day roadmap

Scoped separately

  • Net-new application or backend development
  • Major website rebuilds
  • Unrestricted campaign volume
  • Unlimited integrations
  • Bespoke referral platform development
  • Third-party subscriptions and licences
  • Management after handover, unless added as a managed plan

Where email is in scope, mailbox warm-up and deliverability ramp-up can take longer than the 30-day launch window. We plan for that rather than rushing volume.

How it works

Built around the process, not a tool list

  1. Discovery call

We learn what you are trying to build, fix or scale, and check whether a sprint is the right shape for it.

  2. Scoped proposal

You receive a statement of work with workstreams, dependencies, acceptance criteria, exclusions and a fixed fee.

  3. Thirty-day build

We run the sprint in four stages with a midpoint review, working in your tools wherever possible.

  4. Handover or manage

You take the documented system in-house, or we continue as your managed infrastructure or growth partner.

Ways to work together

The right level of ownership

Choose a managed service, a defined build or a focused project based on the capability your team wants to retain.

Sprint only

We build, document and hand over. Your team owns operation from day 31, with the roadmap as its guide.

Sprint, then Manage

After handover we monitor, maintain and improve the infrastructure on a monthly basis.

Sprint, then Grow

We keep operating the acquisition channels and workflows launched in the sprint, with reporting and handoffs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers about Growth Infrastructure Sprint.

What can realistically be delivered in 30 days?

A focused set of connected foundations: discovery and architecture, a central data model, the agreed integrations, first workflows and campaigns, initial dashboards, documentation and a roadmap. The exact list is fixed in the statement of work after discovery, and it depends on timely access and approvals.

Is completion in 30 days guaranteed?

No. The 30 days describe a structured implementation window. Acceptance criteria, dependencies and exclusions are agreed up front, and if access, approvals or third-party dependencies arrive late, the affected milestones move with them.

Do you guarantee meetings or pipeline from the sprint?

No. The sprint builds and launches the systems and initial campaigns. Results depend on your market, offer, data and sales follow-up, so we measure the sprint against its acceptance checklist, not promised outcomes.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Yes, that is the default. We connect and improve the tools you already use and only recommend new software where it is needed. Any new subscription is approved by you and usually sits in your name.

How do AI approvals work in the sprint?

We agree which actions an agent can take on its own, which need approval and which always go to a person. Actions are logged, and personal data is only sent to AI providers under authorised arrangements.

What happens after day 30?

You receive documentation, access transfer and a 60 to 90-day roadmap. You can run the system yourselves, or continue with us under a Manage or Grow arrangement.

How is a sprint priced?

Each sprint is a fixed-scope engagement quoted after discovery. The fee depends on the workstreams, integrations and channels involved, so we do not publish a standard rate.
