Customer and prospect data foundation
A central data model for accounts, contacts and customers, with imports, deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, suppression lists and a shared activity history.
Growth infrastructure
Growleady designs, builds, integrates and optionally runs the infrastructure growing businesses depend on: one customer and prospect data layer, connected acquisition channels, AI-assisted workflows, conversion journeys and reporting your team can trust.
Connected by design
A documented, connected system with named owners, agreed acceptance criteria and a clear choice between handover and ongoing management.
The problem
Outbound, paid campaigns, website forms and the CRM each hold part of the customer picture, so nobody can see who was contacted, what they did next or which source deserves credit.
Replies, form fills and trial sign-ups wait in inboxes and spreadsheets until a person notices them, and the context gathered earlier is lost by the time anyone responds.
Duplicates, missing fields, unclear suppression rules and inconsistent definitions stop segmentation, routing and reporting from working the way the team expects.
New software is bought to fix one problem at a time, each with separate logins, logic and owners, until the stack costs more to maintain than it returns.
Capabilities
We start from the commercial outcome, then design the data, workflows and channels needed to reach it. Systems usually combine suitable third-party tools, APIs and custom-built components. We do not claim to have invented every layer.
A central data model for accounts, contacts and customers, with imports, deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, suppression lists and a shared activity history.
Outreach tools, ad platforms, website forms, CRM and communication channels connected so records, opt-outs and outcomes move between them without manual exports.
Reply triage, qualification, follow-up, lead routing and CRM updates, with approval controls, human escalation, monitoring and audit trails.
Event tracking, dashboards and alerts tied to agreed definitions, plus documentation of ownership, access, operating procedures and the next roadmap.
Most growth systems mix four kinds of work. We configure existing software where it already does the job well. We build custom components such as integrations, data transformations, agents and internal tools where off-the-shelf products do not fit your process. We integrate the pieces so data and actions move between them. Then, if you choose, we manage the result.
Material dependencies, third-party subscription costs, data flows, security responsibilities and licensing are disclosed during discovery and written into the statement of work, so nothing important is hidden behind the build.
Your customer and prospect data stays yours. Bespoke deliverables, configurations, credentials and documentation are handed over as agreed in the statement of work. Third-party platforms remain licensed from their providers, and any reusable Growleady components are licensed rather than transferred unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Before signature we explain exportability, hosting responsibility, vendor costs, maintenance and what a transition would involve, so the handover choice is a real one.
How it works
We audit acquisition channels, data quality, tools, team ownership and the conversion journey, then agree priorities and a baseline.
We design the data model, integrations, workflows, approval points and reporting definitions, with dependencies and acceptance criteria written down.
We configure, develop and connect the agreed components, test each handoff end to end and launch in stages with monitoring in place.
We document the system, transfer access as agreed and either hand it to your team or keep running and improving it.
Ways to work together
Choose a managed service, a defined build or a focused project based on the capability your team wants to retain.
Scope, architect, implement, document and hand over connected growth systems, with fixed scope and acceptance criteria.
Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, optimise and improve the infrastructure on an ongoing basis, with agreed service levels.
Operate agreed acquisition channels and growth workflows for you, with reporting and qualified handoffs to your team.

Practical answers about Growth Infrastructure.
Growth infrastructure is the connected set of data, tools, workflows and channels a business uses to acquire, convert and retain customers. It covers the customer and prospect data layer, acquisition channels such as outbound and paid campaigns, the website and onboarding journey, AI agents and automation, and the reporting that shows what is working.
Usually, yes. We start with the tools you already use and recommend changes only where a tool blocks the workflow or costs more than it returns. Any new subscription is discussed and approved before it is added.
Rarely. Most engagements improve the CRM you have by cleaning data, defining fields and stages, and connecting it to your channels. If a migration is genuinely needed we scope it as a separate piece of work.
Ownership is defined per engagement in the statement of work. Your data stays yours, bespoke deliverables and documentation are handed over as agreed, third-party platforms stay licensed from their providers, and reusable Growleady components are licensed unless we agree otherwise.
Both. You can buy a defined build and hand it to your team, add ongoing management after launch, or ask us to operate agreed acquisition channels and workflows as a managed growth service.
Builds are quoted as fixed-scope projects after discovery, based on the systems, integrations and workflows involved. Ongoing management is a monthly arrangement. We do not publish a standard build price because the scope varies too much between businesses.
