    What Is Salesmate?

Salesmate is a sales CRM aimed at small and mid-sized teams that want pipeline management plus outreach features without enterprise pricing. Core CRM — contacts, deal pipelines, two-way email sync, meeting scheduler, web forms — starts at $23/user/month, with email sequences, quote management, ticketing, and team inbox arriving on the Pro tier ($39) and a power dialer, custom modules, and SLAs on Business ($63). Automation runs on 'Smart Flow' credits included per user, and built-in calling/texting is available as a usage-billed add-on with numbers from about $1.10/month. Like any CRM, its sequences send through your connected mailboxes at normal volumes — there is no inbox rotation, warmup, or cold-email deliverability layer. Salesmate's pitch is value: a large share of the Close/Pipedrive feature set at a lower per-seat price, traded against a smaller ecosystem, fewer native integrations, and a less battle-tested dialer.

    Pros

    • Strong value: sequences, automation, and calling features at $23–$63/user/month
    • Email sequences and team inbox included from the Pro tier
    • Built-in calling and SMS with a power dialer on the Business plan
    • Flexible workflow automation (Smart Flows) with per-user credits included
    • 15-day free trial with full feature access; custom modules on higher tiers

    Cons

    • Sequences are gated to Pro and above — the Basic tier is CRM-only
    • Not a cold email tool: sends from your own mailboxes with no rotation or warmup
    • Smaller ecosystem and fewer native integrations than Close, Pipedrive, or HubSpot
    • Reporting and dialer depth trail Close on calling-heavy workflows

    Salesmate Pricing

Published and verified live as of July 2026: Basic $23/user/month, Pro $39, Business $63, with Salesmate advertising up to 20% savings on annual billing; Enterprise is custom-quoted (onboarding packages from $1,999). Calling/texting is a usage-billed add-on with numbers from about $1.10/month. 15-day free trial with full feature access.

    Our Verdict

Salesmate is the value pick among outreach-capable CRMs — Pro at $39/user gets you sequences, team inbox, and solid automation that would cost $99/user on Close's Growth tier. The trade-offs are ecosystem size and dialer maturity, not core function. In a cold-email-first stack its role is the same as any CRM: Instantly or Smartlead generate the replies on burner domains, and Salesmate manages pipeline and warm follow-up from your real mailboxes. Do not use its sequences for cold volume.

Best for: Budget-conscious SMB sales teams that want CRM, email sequences, and automation in one tool for roughly half the per-seat cost of Close's comparable tiers.
