Every plan includes unlimited email senders, unlimited LinkedIn accounts, and unlimited users at a flat monthly price, with tiers differing by workspaces, uploaded contacts, and monthly send volume. Warmup comes free via MailFlow, QuickMail's companion product. The platform also handles LinkedIn steps, deliverability monitoring with automatic pausing when metrics degrade, an API and webhooks on higher tiers, and an Agency plan with client workspaces. QuickMail markets less aggressively than Instantly or Smartlead and is correspondingly less known, but it competes directly with both on architecture.

Our Verdict
QuickMail is the tool we respect most relative to how little it is talked about. The fundamentals - rotation, free warmup, automatic deliverability pausing, unlimited senders - match or predate the market leaders, and flat pricing makes agency math easy. We still run most volume through Instantly for its ecosystem, lead database, and operational speed, but QuickMail is a legitimate primary platform, not a budget compromise. Weigh the $49-per-extra-workspace cost if you carry many clients, and bring your own data.
Best for: Agencies and lean teams that want unlimited senders, disciplined deliverability, and predictable flat pricing without a per-seat or per-mailbox meter.
